Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or has been damaged in transit, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us. A product is considered defective if one or more of these conditions apply. (a) has been sent to you incorrectly due to our error; (b) arrives damaged; (c) does not conform to its listed product description. Any damage to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective. All items must be free of any cosmetic damage, including from installation.
