Optional and discontinued part from Honda. Part# 08R13-SCV-100 Attaches to the roof handles and along the roof to cover your windows of your Honda Element. It seems the kit comes have suction cups to attach the front cover to the windshield, which I do not have and are not included. May be able to get some similar suction cups from the store to make work.

This comes in two pieces, a front and rear as pictured. All the securing hooks are intact. Both covers fold into themselves for storage. Install instructions shoes you how to fold them back. Does not seem like the cover has ever been used and is clean and has no wear or tears.
